By learning to fully surrender in peace through the breath, we in each moment complete the cycle of receiving and coming from God, and letting go and returning to God. Thus, each moment becomes a sacred act of creation and each breath an act of life, death and rebirth.

In coming together thus in congregation, even if you are joining via recording, we amplify our intentions and energy, and correspondingly attract greater blessings and openings from the light and mercy oceans of God.
